If the student doesn't have his/her ID number, please ask him/her why not & confirm whether or not the student has formally gained membership into IHCWAY.
ID number is usually given out about 1-2 weeks from a student's admission into IHCWAY, so you can start giving lessons before they get the ID number.
But if the student doesn't have his/her ID number even after 2 weeks, please contact IHCWAY immediately. Thank you. IHCWAY office
