Becoming An IHCWAY Teacher

To help create an optimal learning environment for our students, we ask our teachers to be responsible and punctual, neat with proper appearance, and have a positive attitude.

* We only accept proper visa holders. Tourists cannot apply.
* Applicant must currently reside in Japan to apply.
* Applicant must have a college or university degree, or be currently enrolled in university or college.
* Japanese speaking ability not required.Inexperienced persons welcome.


This is what you need to do

*For teachers living in areas other than Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba and Kanagawa, the job interview be conducted via Skype.
  For instructions for the Skype interview, please see Step 2 in the "Online one-on-one lesson" page.
*In order to make the interview process smooth, we ask that you please cooperate with IHCWAY staff.
