ID numbers and the membership expiration dates

Please make sure you are aware of all your students ID numbers and the expiration dates.

If you are still teaching students who have expired IDs, you will have to pay 50% of the students registration fees.

Those students who have joined IHCWAY before Oct 15th, 2009 will have expire dates on their　ID cards. Please do check.

Those students who joined IHCWAY after Oct 15th, 2009 will have starting dates and expire dates written on the last 8 digits of　their ID numbers.Please double check.

Moreover, please do write and report the students ID numbers on your weekly reports and monthly progress reports.
 

 

IHCWAYの教師はかならず生徒の会員登録期限最終日を把握してください。期限が過ぎている生徒を教えている場合、登録料の50％を負担していただきます。

登録期限は2009年10月15日以前入会の生徒の場合は、会員証に書いてあります。

2009年10月15日以降に入会した生徒は、会員番号の下8桁に登録開始日と終了日が組み込まれています。間違えないように、よく確認してください。

また会員番号は、毎週のレッスン計画と毎月の報告書の中にも、書いてください。
